Cancel renewal
You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Historical reports remain available for read-only access and export under the data-retention policy.
Refund requests
Unless required by law, an active subscription period is not automatically refunded for unused days. For duplicate charges, system errors, or prolonged service unavailability, contact billing@brandbestseller.com within 14 days of the charge for review.
Research usage
Blocked, failed, or unstarted platform runs are returned automatically. Completed or partially completed runs that produce usable results are settled normally.
